We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a specialist company within the construction industry, who operate bespoke lorries to deliver and install floor screeds across London and the South East. Our client is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join their team. Once fully trained, you will be responsible for driving and operating Hi-ab and mobile floor screed batching unit vehicles, as well as assisting on-site where required. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in construction, although prior experience in this area is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Details
- Days - Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required)
- Hours - approx 45 hours per week
- Holidays - 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Start date - early October (or sooner for the right candidate)
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s Class 2 driving experience (32T experience preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- CSCS and/or ALLMI card advantageous
- Must be based locally to the Braintree area
