We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious doorset solution specialist company located near Downham Market. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ Skilled Production Operatives within their manufacturing facilities. This is an ongoing role potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 1:30pm – 11pm
- Possible AM shift available 5am - 2pm
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery & tools to assemble doors & related components
- Inspect materials & finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues across shifts & departments to maintain smooth workflow
- Participate in structured daily tier meetings to review performance metrics
- Follow all site safety procedures & wear required PPE at all times
- Engage in problem‑solving activities and support lean manufacturing
- Maintain a clean & organised work area to ensure a safe environment
