CSS are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to do Recovery Operating for one of our clients based in Braintree, Essex.
Working Days: 4 day working week, other week will be 6 day working week in rotation. You will be paid a retainer each week which can be up to 15 hours, while being on call.
Expected Hours: 6am - 7pm - on-call hours; 7pm - 6am - overtime hours.
We are looking for hard working individuals who will feel confident using a Class 2 to recover and respond to different types of situations. These examples would include recovering vehicles or doing general repairs to assist and ensure that customers are able to continue their journey.
Duties Include:
- Doing jump starts and tyre fittings
- Motorway recovery
- Driving down narrow areas
- Making sure that vehicles are safely fitted on the flatbed
- Working under pressure fulfilling these tasks
- Following all H&S procedures whilst driving and helping out on tasks
Starting: As soon as possible
