CSS Recruitment & Training and CSS PPE & Workwear are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team based at our Head Office in Braintree.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote our three core divisions:
- Temporary & Permanent Recruitment Services across the UK
- Training Services
- PPE, Workwear & Safety Equipment through CSSPPE & Workwear
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, developing marketing strategies, and bringing fresh ideas to help grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment, training and PPE and workwear services
- Create compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, email campaigns, brochures and promotional content
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign plans
- Generate new ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
- Update and maintain website content where required
- Assist with digital marketing and online advertising campaigns
- Support the sales and recruitment teams with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Help organise exhibitions, events and promotional activities
- Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent with brand guidelines
About You
We are looking for someone who is
- Creative with a passion for marketing and social media
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to generating ideas
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Keen to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, social media platforms and digital technologies
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a marketing and/or social media role
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager and Google Analytics
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising
- Photography and video editing skills would be an advantage
