Marketing & Social Media Executive in Braintree

CSS Recruitment & Training and CSS PPE & Workwear are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team based at our Head Office in Braintree.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote our three core divisions:

• Temporary & Permanent Recruitment Services across the UK
• Training Services
• PPE, Workwear & Safety Equipment through CSSPPE & Workwear

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, developing marketing strategies, and bringing fresh ideas to help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment, training and PPE and workwear services
• Create compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, email campaigns, brochures and promotional content
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign plans
• Generate new ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation
• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
• Update and maintain website content where required
• Assist with digital marketing and online advertising campaigns
• Support the sales and recruitment teams with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Help organise exhibitions, events and promotional activities
• Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent with brand guidelines

About You

• Confident managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to generating ideas
• Comfortable analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Keen to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, social media platforms and digital technologies

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in a marketing and/or social media role
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager and Google Analytics
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising
• Photography and video editing skills would be an advantage
