We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufactured laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Senior ITAD Technician on a permanent basis.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm 42.5 hours a week which includes a ½ hour paid break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of ITAD technicians
- Oversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipment
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and environmental regulations
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of processed assets
- Liaise with management and other departments to improve processes
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Salary: Competitive salary offered dependent on experience.
