The role requires 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in social housing/public sector, a BSc (Hons) in QS, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to visit sites around the M25. Office-based 5 days a week, with one day from home after probation. Salary up to £65,000 with pension, progression routes and car allowance.
