Our client is currently looking for an experienced Chrome Plater to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 4–6 weeks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous chrome plating and electroplating experience who is immediately available and looking for temporary work. There is also potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday | 8am – 5pm
- Friday | 8am – 2pm
Responsibilities
- Carrying out chrome plating and electroplating processes to a high standard
- Preparing surfaces prior to plating
- Operating plating equipment safely and effectively
- Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards
- Following established processes and health & safety procedures
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining attention to detail
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 2–5 years' experience in chrome plating, electroplating or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electroplating processes and surface preparation
- Experience operating relevant plating equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A reliable and hardworking approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong understanding of workplace health & safety
Pay Rate
Negotiable, depending on experience
