Construction Planner - Dublin Excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Planner to join an award-winning, industry-leading contractor on a permanent, full-time basis in Dublin.

Our client is a highly respected contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors.

With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to add an experienced Construction Planner to their team.

The Role As Construction Planner, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with project teams, clients and other stakeholders to ensure programmes are developed, maintained and delivered to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing detailed planning and programming support to the project team.

Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes, including identifying and reporting any deviations from the approved baseline.

Preparing clear and accurate programme reports and commentary to meet client and project reporting requirements.

Formally issuing programme updates to clients in accordance with contractual requirements.

Attending progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders and presenting updates on project progress.

Developing fully logic-linked and integrated tender programmes, covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Ensuring programmes are aligned with the tender sum, proposed construction methodology and project requirements.

Delivering all planning and programming requirements accurately and within agreed timescales.

About You We are looking for an experienced Construction Planner who is confident working independently and can take ownership of project planning and programming activities.

You will ideally have: 4-5 years' minimum experience in a similar Construction Planning/Programming role.

Strong knowledge of construction planning and project programming.

Experience developing and managing detailed, logic-linked programmes.

Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills.

The ability to work effectively with project teams, clients and other stakeholders.

A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
