Over the last three decades the business has been delivering construction installation across the UK without the usual industry drama. UK Airports... live. Complex fit-outs. Mission Critical works. None of that happens without proper people. And proper people need proper training. That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do:

  • Run internal training programmes for construction folk who'd rather be on site than in a classroom (you up for a challenge?)
  • Manage a budget like it's your own money (but it's not, so slightly looser)
  • Represent the company at career events without the cringe sales pitch
  • Track progress, assess training program, and generally make sure nobody's wasting anyone's time

What you bring:

  • Recruitment or training experience in construction (ideal but not rigid)
  • Budget sense and basic HR software competence
  • Presentation skills that don't put people to sleep
  • A postgraduate qualification is nice. Real-world sense is better
