The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of our clients for a large commercial redevelopment project in North Dublin. The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate a number of trades at one time to close out multiple aspects of the project to a high standard of finish. €65-75k
Duties:
- Close out and deliver completed rooms on time and to perfection
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensuring that end product meets customers' expectations in relation to build and finish
- Take control of snag list
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Produce reports on job progress
- Ensure completion dates are met
- All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
- Ensure all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and Safety obligations
Requirements:
- Trade background preferable
- Previous experience in large commercial projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is essential
- Strong team building skills
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
- The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
