The CSR Group are working on behalf of a main contractor from Northern Ireland who, due to a number of new contracts, are currently in the market for an experienced Fit Out Project Manager. With extensive experience within a similar role, you will be tasked with planning, organising and ensuring each project is controlled and handed over on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard. Salary ranging from £60 -70k plus package. Some travel to projects in ROI required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a number of projects at any one time.
  • Liaise with Clients, Design, Site Managers, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion.
  • Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g., materials, resources, logistics etc.
  • Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality.
  • Identify subcontractors, as necessary.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular progress updates, management reports and instigate corrective actions as required.
  • Ensure compliance of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role preferably within the joinery manufacturing, fit-out industry or working on large commercial projects.
  • Educated to level 6 standard or substantial relevant experience.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
  • Experience of interpreting contractual documentation, drawings & technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a high performing team.
  • Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues.
