We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Estimator to join a leading contractor in Belfast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of civil construction projects, including earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, and infrastructure.

Skills and Experience 3 years' experience in civil estimating or a similar construction estimating role.

Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Experience of work winning and tender submission.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.

Qualifications Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred).

Valid driver's licence.

Knowledge of local civil contracts is advantageous.
