A reputable contractor based in Co. Down is recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to be involved in New Build Projects. Working across both private and public sector clients, this company is well known for their quality standards of construction as well as their effective delivery of projects, ranging typically from £1M - £20M across education and health sectors.

Reporting into a Senior QS, this role is very much a training and development position, understanding the commercial functions within the business and growing within the team, utilising both site experience and senior management guidance.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 1-2 years Quantity Surveying Experience
  • HND / Degree Qualified
