The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland's largest private property developers. The company, based in Tyrone, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Monaghan. Ideally, the candidate will have a good residential project history and a keen eye for detail. This is a new build private development of 24 units. Packages around £60-65k plus fuel.

  • Extensive experience on housing projects
