The CSR Group have an immediate requirement for a project in Derry city. Our client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a commercial multi-storey build. Ideally, the candidate will have a good engineering background and will be capable and willing to set out.
Packages around £50 - 60k DOE plus van & fuel.
Requirements:
- Ideally from an engineering background
- Experience in large commercial projects would be advantageous
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £5M worth of work
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Project Manager level
