The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland's medium sized house builders. They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an ongoing 900 unit social housing development in Derry City. Packages can vary but the base salary will be between £50-55k plus Van & Fuel.
Requirements:
- Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
- IT and standard industry software skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
- Experience of managing and developing a team
- Experience in apartment block projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
- Day to day running of Site
- Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
- Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
- Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
- Providing leadership and showing ability to develop.
