An excellent opportunity exists within the CSR Group for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its Construction Team. Established over 15 years ago, the CSR Group is recognised as one of the most successful organisations that provide professional recruitment services within the Construction & Technical market covering NI, ROI and mainland UK. CSR is an accredited recruitment consultancy through the REC and has recently been awarded ISO9001 Quality Management for our internal systems.
Due to a period of substantial growth, we have a requirement for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the organisation. You will have the opportunity to develop your career within the recruitment sector where you will be offered excellent support and development opportunities. The aim of a recruitment consultant is to place the right people in the right role whilst representing the CSR Group.
Your overall duties as a trainee recruitment consultant will include:
- Strategic business development
- Client and candidate meetings
- Bid & tender pitches
- Candidate attraction
