Electrical Project Manager NEW OPPORTUNITY CSR is working with well-known and reputable business in Lisburn, that has a new opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join its team.
Involved on MAJOR projects throughout the UK & Ireland, you will be based in NI full-time with travel to England one day per month on average.
Responsible for the delivery of projects, duties will include: Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication throughout all stages of the project.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost reports, and other project-related records.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and regulations.
Identify and manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives and foster a positive team culture.
