Summary Description:
CSR is currently working alongside one of Northern Ireland's leading building and construction consultancies based in Belfast with the aim to recruit a professional Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new, exciting projects. CSR require an individual who is willing to challenge themselves with enhancing the value for money as well as the efficiency of their multi-million pound projects. In parallel, the role will include responsibility for ensuring the project has met all legal and quality requirements and regulations.
Wishing to recruit an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor, current projects undertaken by the company include:
- New build commercial building (£10M)
- Hotel project (£8M)
- Tourism project (£30M+)
Working as a Senior Surveyor, you will financially manage up to 2-3 projects and be responsible for junior/trainee commercial staff.
Qualifications:
- Quantity Surveying Degree
- 4+ Years' experience

- 34 hour working week, finishing at 4 on Friday
- 25 days annual holiday, increasing to 30 days with length of service
