The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of our clients for a large commercial project development on the Boucher Rd, Belfast. The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager.
You will coordinate a number of trades at one time to close out multiple rooms as per the clients' specifications and high standard of finish.
Salary: £45-55kDuties:- Close out and deliver completed rooms on time and to perfection
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customers' expectations in relation to build and finish
- Take control of snag list
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Produce reports on job progress
- Ensure completion dates are met
- All health and safety regulations must be adhered to
