Involved predominately in Extensions, New Builds, Refurbishments and Fitout you will work within the commercial division and play in a key role in the growth and development of the company. About the Role: Work closely with the Commercial Manager & Senior Management team Commercially manage Key Projects Working with relevant teams to get job done Discovering anomalies with regulation practices Provide guidance and support with variations/CVR etc Review, scrutinize and develop process flows Ensure all financial aspects and impact of contract are clear to all Risk assessments Managing daily operations Supporting multiple sites and completing development visits Responsibility for contractual, commercial and financial matters About the Candidate: Experience working for a Property Developer Minimum 6 years' QS experience Proven work history Ability to manage contractual & financial management & reporting You will make a positive contribution to deliver value for money and efficiency saving Problem solver Exceptional commercial acumen Points of Appeal: Market Leading developer Excellent Career Prospects Pension Healthcare Additional company benefits including discounts/ health and well-being.
