Overview

Administrator (Operations)

We are recruiting for an organised and experienced Administrator to join our Operations Team in Lisburn.

You will have a strong administration background focused on customer service and be confident when speaking to customers.

The focus of the role is to manage the administration in relation to all operations of our buinsess as well as assisting the management team and Directors as required.

You will work as part of a busy office-based team to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our existing customer base whilst ensuring our staff are fully informed at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to/from customers
  • Accurately input rotas on computerised system and generate timesheets / notifications.
  • Provide reporting and information to customers.
  • Update customer information on the database as required..
  • Understand the customers\' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
  • Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A- C (to include Maths and English) or equivalent.
  • 2 years previous experience in customer service and/or administration

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook

  • Confidence with using computers and email.
