Senior Site Manager / Project Manager – Kildare The CSR Group are working with a residential contractor who is seeking a strong Site Manager ready to step into a broader Project Management role in Kildare. The current housing phase is at an advanced stage, with at least four years of planned work locally and further projects in the pipeline. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive site delivery while taking responsibility for design coordination and reporting to senior management. Package Up to €85,000 depending on experience. Car and fuel card considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities Lead daily site delivery, driving subcontractors and labour against the programme. Run daily whiteboard meetings and coordinate upcoming works. Liaise with design teams to resolve technical queries and maintain progress. Report programme, quality and project issues to the Board. Use Procore to manage project information, actions and records. Requirements Strong Site Management experience, preferably in residential construction. Ready to take on wider Project Management responsibility. Confident dealing with design teams and senior management. Procore experience and a practical, proactive leadership style. Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) experience is highly beneficial; experience dealing with Irish Water/Uisce Éireann is a bonus.
