The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland's busiest multi-disciplinary contractors. The company, based in Belfast, is recruiting for a Site Manager, ideally with an engineering background and a keen eye for detail. The client has upcoming projects in Belfast and throughout Co. Down and Antrim. Projects range from fuel garage extensions, building refurbishments to housing and small civil works. Packages around £45 - 55k plus van and fuel.
Ideal role for someone moving from engineering to site management or someone new to site management.
Requirements:
- Ideally from an engineering background
- Experience in a variety of projects
- Ability to work on own initiative and with a hands-on approach
- Capable of overseeing up to £2M worth of work
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
