What you’ll be doing Leading mechanical projects typically ranging from £1m–£4m, you’ll: * Manage labour resources and specialist subcontractor packages * Drive mechanical works from construction through commissioning, snagging and final completion * Monitor programme, quality, site progress and commercial performance * Build long-term client relationships (the positive kind — not the “chasing payment” kind) * Guide and support Mechanical Project Engineers and on-site teams * Collaborate internally with H&S, Commercial, Estimating, Design, QA and Accounts * Oversee financial processes including applications, variations and final accounts * Provide clear project updates and solutions to Directors About you You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project or contracts management within building services, along with: * Strong technical and commercial understanding * Excellent communication and leadership * A calm approach under pressure and a proactive mindset * Pride in delivering quality work * A natural alignment with values — integrity isn’t optional here What’s in it for you? * Market-leading package * A genuinely supportive culture where your ideas matter * Career progression with a fast-growing, values-led business * The chance to deliver standout projects with a team that has your back Ready to apply?
