What You Will Be Doing
You will take full commercial ownership of highâvalue civils projects from early cost planning to final account. This role is handsâon, strategic, and central to project success.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading commercial delivery across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
- Managing cost plans, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting
- Running procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
- Handling variations, compensation events, and change control
- Advising teams on NEC/JCT contracts and commercial risk
- Working closely with planners, estimators, engineers, and site teams
- Travelling 3 nights per week, with 1 hybrid day for flexibility
