You will be joining a growing civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK & Ireland. The business has expanded steadily past 150 staff and continues to secure long-term work. What You Will Be Doing
You will support the pricing and tendering of major civils projects, working closely with planners, QS teams, and engineers. The role combines technical understanding with commercial analysis and offers strong long-term development.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing estimates for earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Supporting tender programmes and methodologies
- Managing subcontractor enquiries and comparisons
- Building cost models and structured pricing breakdowns
- Working with QS teams to align pricing with commercial strategy
- Providing clear assumptions, risks, and value considerations
