What Youll Be Doing
Youll take the lead on programme planning for high-value civils projects, ensuring delivery teams have clear, accurate, and achievable schedules. This role is central to project success youll be the person who keeps everything aligned, coordinated, and moving.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes using P6
- Working across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
- Collaborating with engineers, QS teams, estimators, and site managers
- Identifying risks, delays, and opportunities within the programme
- Supporting tender programmes and pre-construction planning
- Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior leadership
- Travelling 2 days per fortnight, with hybrid flexibility built in
- Ensuring programme logic, sequencing, and critical paths are accurate and robust
