Overview
Junior Estimator – Fitout. CSR are working with a leading fitout contractor in Greater Belfast recruiting for a Junior Estimator.
The company has established itself as a major player in the fit out sector with a portfolio across hospitality, retail and tourist sectors. They have secured and retained clients including Blue-Chip companies as well as successful independent businesses.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing tender packages.
- Preparing work schedules / take offs.
- Reviewing and evaluating cost estimates.
- Ensuring timely completion of estimates.
- Preparing cost analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with supply chain.
Requirements
- 3rd Level Qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience within main contracting or fitout
A competitive salary & remuneration package will be tailored to the successful Building/ Fitout Estimator to include hybrid working.
