We're looking for experienced LV/HV Senior Authorised Persons to join a major infrastructure programme supporting SSE — one of the UK's leading energy and infrastructure businesses. This is an opportunity to work on critical network projects that genuinely keep the lights on across the South of England.
You'll take the lead on LV and 11kV delivery activities, managing capital works, switchgear maintenance and operational support across the network, all while driving the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.
This role would suit someone who:
- Holds LV Authorisation including LV Fault Management
- Has 11kV SAP authorisation as a minimum
- Knows their way around fault management, overhead lines and underground networks up to 11kV
- Can confidently lead teams, mentor junior engineers and keep contractors operating safely and efficiently
- Understands that 'near miss reporting' isn't optional and PPE isn't a fashion accessory
Beyond the technical side, you'll play a key role in developing colleagues up to SAP and Field Control level, helping shape the next generation of professionals.
