Overview
An opportunity exists for a Graduate/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be involved on a £20M+ Project. The company wishes to expand with capable, hardworking, like-minded people who enjoy the challenge and opportunities a growing and dynamic business offers. A Degree in Quantity Surveying is required, along with 1-2 years experience. Applications are welcome from Building/ Fitout or Civil backgrounds. - Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in providing Quantity Surveying services
- Measurement, estimating and cost planning
- Procurement advice
- Financial reporting and cost control
- Valuations & site inspections
- Undertaking Employers Agent and Project Management duties
- Appointment and co-ordination of consultants
- Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Administer sub contract payments

- A Degree in Quantity Surveying is required
- 1-2 years experience
