Project Manager / Construction Manager – Dublin Airport €95,000–€110,000 Base Salary | Night-Work Premium Negotiable at offer stage The CSR Group are working with an established main contractor who is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager for a terminal façade project at Dublin Airport. This is an opportunity to lead a technically challenging project in a live airport environment, where careful planning, specialist subcontractor coordination and safe delivery are essential. Package Indicative base salary: €95,000–€110,000, depending on experience. Additional night-work premium open to discussion. Full-time position. Working Hours Approximately 20:00–05:00, five nights per week, for the first 18 months. Responsibilities Lead programme planning, procurement and project delivery. Coordinate façade specialists, site teams and design consultants. Plan access, deliveries and work sequences around airport operations. Manage costs, risks and client progress reporting. Drive safety, quality and effective handovers between shifts. Requirements Proven Project or Construction Management experience with a main contractor. Experience delivering façade, refurbishment or complex building projects. Strong planning, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills. Airport or other live operational environment experience would be advantageous. Available to work the stated night-shift pattern.
