Our client is a leading Cost Consultancy / PQS / Quantity Surveying practice with offices in Ireland (North & South). A new opportunity exists for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Newry.

This opportunity is for a Consultancy Quantity Surveyor /PQS someone who has experience in some of the following sectors: Mixed Use Commercial, Education, Office fit-out or Residential projects.
If you are looking for a Cost Consultancy organisation in Co. Down with a less formal but professional atmosphere, this client has a lot to offer. They will provide you with the opportunity to work alone, but also the support of the team should you need it. They can also provide excellent training and mentoring for APC. You will be involved projects within the UK & Ireland.
The successful candidate will have cost consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor / PQS with a well-known cost consultancy organisation.
You will have the ability to manage your own projects and schedule your own workload as well as the ability to work as part of a team. Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal.
Candidates should have an RICS Accredited Degree Qualification, either a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
MRICS would also be desirable but is not essential
The successful Quantity Surveyor should expect a generous salary package dependent upon experience.
