Grow With Us. Build Something That Lasts.
The capital's construction sector is booming — and as a consequence this builder is expanding their MEP team. They’ve established a strong foundation in London and the southeast, and now they need a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager who’s ready to help take this growing division to the next level.
If you’re driven, methodical, and keen to step into a role with genuine progression, then this could be your moment. You’ll be joining a team that’s building something real: a fresh, ambitious London operation with big plans. As Building Services Manager, you’ll play a central part in delivering standout mechanical and electrical installations while shaping the way the division grows. This isn’t a cog-in-the-wheel role — it’s hands‑on, strategic, and perfect for someone with a desire to make their mark.
What You’ll Do
- Manage mechanical / electrical projects from cradle to completion — design, procurement, installation, commissioning and close-out.
- Support the expansion of the London operation by delivering high-quality work that keeps clients coming back.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure budgets, programmes and scopes stay on track (and calmly realign them when they inevitably try to wander).
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors — the kind built on trust, not just emails.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, produce RAMS and champion best practice on‑site.
- Problem‑solve with confidence, clarity and a cool head.
What You Bring
- Solid experience managing mechanical / electrical installation projects.
- A strong grasp of technical detail paired with the ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects without losing focus.
- Leadership ability — whether mentoring junior engineers or steering subcontractors in the right direction.
- Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to help drive growth in a developing London division.
Why This Role?
Because you’ll be joining at a perfect inflection point. The division is growing, the pipeline is expanding, and you’ll have the chance to shape how projects are delivered as the office scales. This is a role with visibility, responsibility and the chance to grow into senior leadership as the division matures.
If you’re looking for a Project Manager role that actually leads somewhere, step in and help power London's next big building services success story.
