Project Manager in Carlow

Project Manager – Co. Carlow The CSR Group are working with a large main contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for a substantial new-build school project in Co. Carlow. This is a new position on a long-term project at commencement stage, offering the opportunity to shape delivery from site mobilisation through to handover. It would particularly suit someone based in Carlow or neighbouring counties, within daily commuting distance, seeking a substantial project closer to home. Package Up to €100,000 depending on experience. Company Car Benefits will be discussed at interview stage Responsibilities Lead mobilisation, programme planning and day-to-day project delivery. Take a hands-on approach to driving site teams and subcontractors. Coordinate design information, procurement and construction sequences. Monitor budgets, resources and project risks with the commercial team. Maintain client communication and oversee safety, quality and handover. Requirements Proven Project Management experience with a main building contractor. Experience delivering education or comparable large-scale building projects. Strong leadership skills and a practical approach to resolving site issues. Good technical knowledge, commercial awareness and programme management skills. Based within daily commuting distance and available to work on site throughout the project.
