Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs projects? Our client is a leading contractor based in Co. Antrim wishing to appoint a new estimator for their growing team. We're working with a leader in hospitality and luxury retail interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of high-end projects.

The Role:

  • Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects
  • Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages
  • Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission
  • Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability
  • Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK
  • Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams
  • Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks

You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or main contracting
  • Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail
  • Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
