Essential Criteria

  • Third-level qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience delivering construction projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
