Civil Quantity Surveyor – Tier One

CSR (NI) LIMITED is a major Civil Engineering contractor based in Northern Ireland with projects throughout the UK. We are looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Job Summary

Full-time, entry‑level position. 2‑3 nights of travel per week are required. We offer generous living away from home allowances and a competitive salary package.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in civil engineering and quantity surveying
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT & NEC forms
• Sound commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High organisational skillsAbility to meet deadlines
• Excellent numerical, IT and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to site as required

Location & Travel

Based in Northern Ireland, with travel required 2‑3 nights per week to various project sites across the UK.
