Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out & Refurbishment A well-established contractor with a strong reputation in the fit-out and refurbishment sector is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

The company specialises in delivering fully integrated interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland.

Based in Mallusk, this is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities Produce accurate financial reporting to support successful commercial outcomes.

Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring contractual compliance and securing all commercial entitlements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and project delivery.

Provide commercial support and guidance to site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare, review, and analyse tender packages and enquiries.

Procure subcontractors, issue subcontract orders, and manage accounts, ensuring payments are accurate and made within agreed timescales.

Monitor subcontractor performance against project programmes.

Prepare and submit applications for payment and invoices in line with contractual requirements, supporting cash flow and work-in-progress (WIP) targets.

Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and commercial procedures.

Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.

Oversee the financial close-out of projects, ensuring all costs and valuations are accurately recorded within the company's financial systems.

Candidate Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out, construction, or consultancy sectors.

Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost management, subcontract administration, and contract compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Experience working on Measured Term Contracts (MTCs) and applicants with this background will also be considered.
