What you’ll do:
- Manage the complete construction installation project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and design input through to final completion and handover.
- Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget.
- Familiarise yourself with all details and specifications of the project.
- Collate technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
- Maintain a weekly progress report, managing any changes or variations.
- Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment, ensuring materials are always available to complete the project.
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in a Mechanical Site Manager or similar position.
- Successful track record of assisting in delivering large-scale projects.
- Experience of supervising teams.
