About the Company

Youll be joining a growing civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK & Ireland. The business has expanded steadily past 150 staff and continues to secure long-term work. Its a stable environment with clear progression, structured support, and a practical, down-to-earth culture.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll support the pricing and tendering of major civils projects, working closely with planners, QS teams, and engineers. The role combines technical understanding with commercial analysis and offers strong long-term development.

  • Preparing estimates for earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Supporting tender programmes and methodologies
  • Managing subcontractor enquiries and comparisons
  • Building cost models and structured pricing breakdowns
  • Working with QS teams to align pricing with commercial strategy
  • Providing clear assumptions, risks, and value considerations

Hybrid working with flexibility built in.
