CAD Technicians- Hybrid Working
Opportunities exist for 2 x CAD Technicians to join a leading development company based in Newtownabbey.
With a proven track record in developing state of the art sites, they have an in-house management team that are focused on delivering the best in class, sustainable projects.
Working as Architectural/CAD Technician, you will join an award-winning creative team of assisting in the delivery of schemes on and off site.
To apply for the CAD Technician role, you will require the following
Minimum Foundation Degree or Higher in a Construction or Engineering related subject.
Demonstrable experience using AutoCAD
Proficiency using MS Office Packages
Experience of preparing precise high-quality drawings.
Full, current UK/EU Driving license, with access to own vehicle.
Excellent communication skills that will allow you to relate to stakeholders and customers.
Attention to detail: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of your work.
Sound technical background and the ability to think creatively.
Problem-Solving: A knack for understanding, solving, and presenting solutions to Design and CAD-related challenges.
Strong presentation skills.
