We are seeking a professional from a strong M&E background whether in Facilities Management, an MEP specialist sub contracting environment, or a consultancy who is ready to step up and influence local projects for a global player. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping cutting-edge solutions for prestigious clients across key sectors. The role is a blend of M&E surveying across minor capital works and refurbishment projects together with strong elements of project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of Mechanical and Electrical condition data capture surveys.
- To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
- To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Comply with established commercial/procurement/contractual strategies.
- Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
