Your Role: As the MEP Department Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated Building Services team, setting direction, maintaining performance standards, and reporting directly to the Executive Management Team.
- Mentor and support M&E Coordinators, ensuring professional growth and consistent delivery excellence.
- Oversee MEP contractors, resolve technical queries, and champion safety, quality, and programme performance on every site.
- Review and advise on design documentation, method statements, commissioning plans, and value engineering opportunities.
- Collaborate with design consultants, architects, and structural engineers to ensure full coordination across disciplines.
- Play a pivotal role in testing, commissioning, and successful handover of complex building systems.
What You'll Bring:
- 15 years of MEP or Building Services experience, with a track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical proficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and controls systems.
- Competence in BIM coordination tools and a sound knowledge of Irish and Northern Irish building regulations.
- Professional qualification (Degree, HND, HNC) in Building Services or a related field.
