The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of our clients for a large hotel development in Belfast city centre. The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager, coordinating a number of trades at one time to close out multiple rooms as per the client's specifications and high standards of finish.

Salary: £50-55k

Duties:

  • Close out and deliver completed rooms on time and to perfection
  • Manage and motivate site teams
  • Ensure that end product meets customers' expectations in relation to build and finish
  • Take control of snag list
  • Organise and coordinate labour
  • Produce reports on job progress
  • Ensure completion dates are met
  • All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
  • Ensure all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and Safety obligations

Requirements:

  • Trade background preferable
  • Previous experience in large commercial projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is essential
  • Strong team building skills
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
  • The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
