The Opportunity
This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, a stable workload, and the chance to work on projects that develop professional capability, not just routine delivery. - Lead projects from inception to completion

- Complete final inspections and ensure quality standards
Essential Criteria
- Third-level qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering construction projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
