The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s rapidly growing residential property developers. The company is currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a multi-year project in Donaghadee. Ideally, the candidate will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in private house builds.

With this role, you will be working on a large private housing development.

Packages around £45-55k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

  • Ideally from a trade background
  • Extensive experience in housing projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
