This role offers the chance to lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers, ensuring smooth operations across all shifts. * Champion a “right-first-time” approach, overseeing audits and implementing corrective measures. * Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless production and meet internal service levels. * Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs while maintaining product excellence. * Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments and workplace regulations. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and overall efficiency.
