The CSR Group are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-3+ years' experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity for any QS early on in their career. About The Role:
- Commercial support on high-end build and fit-out projects, working with a top-tier contractor known for quality delivery
- Assist in procurement of subcontract packages, securing competitive pricing and strong supply chain relationships
- Manage valuations, variations, and cost tracking, ensuring projects stay on budget and commercially controlled
- Contribute to monthly forecasting and reporting, giving clear visibility on financial performance
- Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues quickly and effectively
- Support delivery from pre-construction through to final account, gaining full project lifecycle exposure
- Identify and drive value engineering opportunities to maximise project efficiency and margin
- Build strong foundations in contract administration and commercial best practice

- 2–3 years’ QS experience within a main contractor or fit-out environment
- Commercial awareness – understands cost, value, and risk
- Proactive attitude – takes initiative, doesn’t want to be told
