A leading high-end fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on premium interior projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. You will be delivering schemes where detail, quality and craftsmanship truly matter.

Key Responsibilities- Source and assess quotations from trusted subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyse tender and commercial information to support winning bids
- Collaborate with clients, design teams and subcontractors throughout the tender process
- Attend site visits and tender meetings to inform pricing decisions
- Manage post-tender communication and deliver clear handovers to operations
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Estimating role
- Fit-out or main contractor experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident IT skills and commercial awareness
- Experience with estimating software (Evaluate advantageous)
- Work on high-profile, design-led interior projects
